The sE4100 is a large-diaphragm cardioid true-condenser microphone from sE Electronics, the little brother to the renowned sE4400. It features the very same handcrafted twin 1" gold-sputtered brass capsule as the sE4400, stripped down to exactly the features you need. The result is a true workhorse that delivers the smooth character of a classic condenser in a no-frills package.

Cardioid is the most common polar pattern used in both live and studio applications, and the sE4100 prioritizes the features you really need. No LEDs, no plastic switches, just a precise cardioid polar pattern with impressive off-axis rejection from its handcrafted 1" true-condenser capsule.

The microphone is built with a dent-proof die-cast all-metal housing, metal switches, a rugged spring steel wire mesh grille, and a premium finish that ensures a great look for many years.
