Product Description
The Puresound Custom Pro Steel is a professional-grade snare wire set with steel strands, built for a tight snare sound and minimal sympathetic buzz even under high tension. A specially designed plate lets you tension the wires hard without choking the snare drum's bottom resonance – the result is a crisp, fast response. A solid pick if you want to dial in your snare's character without losing body in the tone.

Sound Character
The steel model delivers a crisp, fast response with good control over snare buzz – a good choice if you want a tighter, more defined snare sound than a softer wire set gives. If you'd rather have a brighter, more ringing tone, the Custom Pro line is also available in brass.
This snare wire set is available in 13" and 14" sizes, with either 20 or 24 strands – choose the configuration that matches your snare drum and preferred response.
