17" Istanbul Mehmet X-Rubbish Crash Cymbal
Istanbul Mehmet X-Rubbish Crash, 17", with dark, low overtones and a lower sustain level. Punchy highs and mids.
Product Description
The Istanbul Mehmet X-Rubbish Crash is a 17" crash with dark, low overtones and a lower sustain level, made for players who like to keep their cymbals a little quieter than their drums, or who simply want to mix things up in the kit.
This X-perience series cymbal delivers a dark tone with low overtones, paired with punchy highs and mids. The lower sustain level means the cymbal decays a bit faster than a classic open crash, leaving more space in the mix.
Sound Character
Dark fundamental tone with punchy attack in the mid and high range. The lower sustain makes it a good choice if you want a darker cymbal that still responds with control and doesn't ring on forever.
Who It's For
A good fit if you prefer a darker, more subdued crash in your setup, or want to vary the tonal palette across your cymbals without one crash dominating the mix.
