Zildjian 22" K Dark Medium Ride
22" K Dark Medium Ride from Zildjian, dry, low-pitched, shimmering tone. Full, fast and versatile in jazz, funk and rock.
Product Description
The K Dark Medium Ride is a 22" ride cymbal from Zildjian's K series, hammered with a unique method that gives it a dry tone, low pitch and a shimmering character. It has long been a favourite in jazz circles but works just as well for funk and rock.
The sound is full and quick to respond to the stick. Depending on how you play it, you can bring out an intense attack or a more complex, nuanced tone, making the cymbal versatile across genres. The dry, low-pitched sound with its shimmering character sits well in a mix without overpowering it, while still offering enough response to carry a clear ride pattern.
