Product Description
The Zildjian K Constantinople 22" Medium Thin Low Ride recreates the classic, warm, dark K-sound from the era when Zildjian cymbals were still made in Turkey. It delivers full, structured ride patterns with excellent crashability, making it just as usable as a crash as it is a ride.
The K Constantinople line was developed with input from drummers including Elvin Jones (known for his work with Miles Davis and John Coltrane), one of the players who popularized the warm K-sound in the 1950s and '60s. These cymbals are made under extremely tight quality control, so the series is produced in smaller quantities than Zildjian's other lines.
