20" Zildjian K Constantinople Medium Thin Low Ride Cymbal

Product Description

The K Constantinople Medium Thin Low Ride 20" is a ride cymbal from Zildjian that recreates the classic, warm and slightly dark K-sound from the era when the cymbals were made in Turkey. It delivers plenty of body and structure to the sound and also works well as a crash accent.

With the K Constantinople series, Zildjian has built on the original K-sound, with input from players including Elvin Jones (Miles Davis, John Coltrane), one of the drummers who popularized the sound in the 50s and 60s. The K Constantinople cymbals are made under extremely strict quality control and produced in smaller quantities than Zildjian's other series.

Sound and Feel

As a Medium Thin weight with a Low profile, the cymbal delivers plenty of body and structure, with the warm, dark K-sound the series is known for. Thanks to this character it also works well for crash accents (crashability) in addition to its role as a ride.

Who It's For

K Constantinople is built for players who won't settle for anything less than the best in cymbals, and who want a ride with deep, dark tonal character and a clear connection to the classic K-sound.
