Zildjian 19" A Custom Projection Crash
Zildjian 19" A Custom Projection Crash. Fast, shimmering, short crash with extra power and body.
Product Description
The Zildjian A Custom Projection Crash 19" is a crash cymbal from the A Custom series, built to cut through clearly in modern rock and pop settings. It delivers a fast, shimmering, relatively short crash sound with extra power and body, while keeping the balanced, "sweet" tone the A Custom line is known for. Never too dark, never too bright.
The A Custom series is based on the classic A cymbals but is made using a newer hammering technique that makes the cymbals thinner. The series was developed together with drumming legend Vinnie Colaiuta (Sting, Frank Zappa, Chick Corea), and the sound is specifically tailored to work in a full band context. Cutting through nicely without overpowering the rest of the kit.
Sound Character
The Projection model is designed to cut through the mix with a distinct, fast attack and a short decay, making it a great choice when you want a clear crash accent that doesn't linger and mask the rest of your playing.
Finish
Like all A Custom cymbals, this one comes in brilliant finish, giving it the polished, distinctive look associated with the series.
