18" Zildjian Low Volume Crash/Ride Crash/Ride Cymbal - Matte

Product Description

An 18" crash/ride from Zildjian's L80 Low Volume Cymbal Series, built to sound dramatically quieter than a traditional cymbal without losing the authentic Zildjian feel. Ideal whenever volume needs to come down, whether that's practice, education, rehearsal rooms or low-volume gigs.

• 70-80% quieter than traditional cymbals, so you can play longer without ear fatigue
• Integrates seamlessly into an existing L80 cymbal set
• Can also be used as a stacker cymbal or as part of a hi-hat setup for new effects
• Made using Zildjian's proprietary manufacturing techniques and alloy to keep a real cymbal feel despite the lower volume
• Unique matte finish for a sophisticated look

Low volume, real feel

The tricky part with quiet cymbals is usually that they feel different to play. Zildjian addresses this with proprietary manufacturing techniques and alloy, giving the cymbal a feel close to a traditional model even though the volume is significantly reduced. That means you can practice properly without disturbing neighbours, family or fellow students.

Flexible in your setup

Designed to integrate into an existing L80 set, this cymbal also works well as an extra stacker on top of another cymbal, or as a component in a hi-hat setup to create new, interesting sounds.

Who It's For

A great choice if you practice in an apartment, dorm room or other noise-sensitive space, or want to add more sound options to an existing L80 set.
