Construction

Made from Zildjian's 80/20 bronze secret alloy, this cymbal is put through an innovative three-step hammering process. The bottom is fully lathed while the top has a raw, natural finish, contributing to its trashy character. The weight falls between Extra Thin and Thin, giving it that fast attack and quick decay.

Sound Character

The K Custom series is built on the same principle as the original K series, but the method has been refined to enhance the cymbals' dry character. The result is a sound with broad usability, dry and trashy overtones, and a short decay. Exactly what the Special Dry Trash Crash builds on further with its extra hole pattern.
