Zildjian 17" A Custom Fast Crash
17" A Custom Fast Crash by Zildjian, brilliant finish. Fast, shimmering crash with a short decay.
Product Description
The Zildjian A Custom Fast Crash 17" is a fast, bright crash cymbal with a short decay, built to cut through in modern rock and pop settings without overpowering the rest of the kit. It's based on the classic A cymbals but hammered using a new method that makes the cymbal thinner, giving it a quicker response and a shorter decay.
The A Custom series was developed together with Vinnie Colaiuta (known for his work with Sting, Frank Zappa and Chick Corea), and the sound is tailored for modern musical contexts. The tone is often described as "sweet". Not too dark, not too bright. Cutting cleanly through a band mix without dominating it. The cymbal comes in brilliant finish, the polished surface standard across the whole A Custom series.
Fast 17" crash cymbal, thinner hammering for quick response and short decay.
