Zildjian 16" K Custom Dark Crash
Crash cymbal, Zildjian K Custom Dark, 16". Raw, trashy tone with a quick, short decay.
Product Description
The Zildjian K Custom Dark Crash is a 16" crash cymbal from the K Custom series, built on the same principles as the original K series but developed to emphasize a dry, trashy character. The result is a versatile sound with dry overtones and a short decay.
Sound and Character
K Custom manufacturing pushes the classic K cymbal tone toward a noticeably drier expression. The Dark series delivers trashy overtones and a short, quick decay, giving the cymbal a distinct voice without excessive sustain or wash.
Who It's For
A good choice if you want a crash cymbal with a raw, dry character rather than a bright, sustain-heavy tone, and appreciate a clear, shorter response in the mix.
