K Custom cymbals are made using the same basic principle as the original K series, but the process has been further developed to enhance the cymbals' dry character. This has resulted in a sound that has broadened the series' range of use compared with the original. The K Custom Dark cymbals within the same family are known for dry, trashy overtones and short decay.
