12" Zildjian FX Stack

Product Description

The Zildjian FX Stack 12" is a three-cymbal stack made up of two larger FX splash cymbals and one smaller cymbal, instantly expanding the sonic range of any drum kit or percussion setup. The design is fully modular, letting you stack the cymbals in any order, set them up in a traditional hi-hat orientation, or combine them with other cymbal models.

Right out of the box, the FX Stack cymbals are bright, musical and highly responsive. The included multi-functional Zildjian Cymbolt® mount lets you dial in the Stack's articulation with quick and easy tension adjustments, giving you a range of voicings from a bright, splashy wash to a raw, quick and cutting attack.

Modular by design

Cymbals can be stacked in any order, assembled in a traditional hi-hat orientation, or combined with other non-Stack cymbal models (splashes, chinas, EFX and more) for even more possibilities. The FX Stack is also available in 8", 10" and 14" sizes, and this 12" model pairs well with the other sizes in the line.

Zildjian Cymbolt® mount

The included Zildjian Cymbolt® mount replaces your existing cymbal stand wing nut and felts, and installs easily thanks to its quick-release function. Adjusting the tension changes the articulation, letting you move quickly between a loose, washy sound and a tight, quick response.

Who It's For

Cymbal stacks like this are particularly popular in contemporary styles such as fusion, industrial and hip-hop subgenres like trap, but the concept works in any drum set or percussion setup where you want extra FX sounds beyond standard crash and splash cymbals.
