Construction and Sound

The FX Stack is a completely modular design. Cymbals can be stacked in any order, assembled in a traditional hi-hat orientation, or combined with other non-Stack cymbal models for more possibilities. The stack is inherently bright, musical and very responsive, but the included multi-functional Zildjian Cymbolt mount lets you customize articulation with quick and easy tension adjustments. From a bright, splashy wash to a raw, quick and cutting voicing.

Who It's For

Cymbal stacks are particularly popular in contemporary styles including fusion, industrial and hip-hop subgenres like trap, but the concept works in any drum set or percussion situation where you want to explore new sounds, especially given the level of customization the FX Stack offers.

The FX Stack is also available in 8", 12" and 14" sizes, and can be played on its own, combined with other Stack sizes, or paired with splashes, chinas, EFX and more.
