Product Description
The Zildjian A Custom EFX Splash is a 10" splash cymbal with laser-cut holes that give it a fast, trashy effect sound. It's ideal when you want a short, clear accent that doesn't ring on too long, and it fits right into the rock and pop settings the A Custom line is known for.
The A Custom series is based on the classic A cymbals but is made using a newer hammering process that leaves the cymbals thinner. The series was developed together with Vinnie Colaiuta (Sting, Frank Zappa, Chick Corea) and is tailored for modern rock and pop settings. The sound is often described as "sweet". Not too dark, not too bright. And cuts through nicely in a band mix without overpowering the rest of the kit.
Effect Sound
