Yamaha Stage Custom Birch - Natural Wood

Product Description

Stage Custom Birch SBP0F5 is a shellpack from Yamaha's Stage Custom series, built in 100% birch with 6 plies in each shell. The set comes in the Natural Wood finish and consists of 10", 12" and 14" toms, 20" bass drum and 14" snare drum.

Construction

The shells are built with Separate Lug, which means the lugs are mounted without being screwed directly into the shell's wood. The hoops are steel and measure 1.5mm Triple Flange Hoop. Die-Cast claw hooks with rubber coating are used to reduce noise from metal against metal.

Sound

The birch in the shells gives a satisfying resonant sound.

Heads

Remo UT Clear is included as batter head and resonant head on the toms. The bass drum has UT Clear P3 as batter head and UT Ebony P3 as resonant head.

Included

The bass drum has a tube stabiliser for height adjustment, so the beater hits the centre of the batter head. A memory clamp makes it quick to set the right height again, and the bass drum spurs with stoppers make it easier to set up the kit.
