Yamaha Absolute Maple Hybrid Jazz - Polar White

Product Description

Yamaha Absolute Maple Hybrid Jazz Set is a drum kit in Polar White, built in Maple-Wenge-Maple Hybrid. The kit consists of 10", 12" and 14" toms along with an 18" bass drum, and gives a rich and clear sound across the whole dynamic range, from pianissimo to fortissimo.

Construction

The bass drum is 8.0mm thick, while the tom and floor tom are 6.2mm. The hoops are made from die-cast aluminium with a thickness of 3.0mm, giving a strong and tight sound with powerful attack and decay. The inside of the shells is treated with a Vintage Natural finish.

Sound and Feel

Each shell has ventilation holes optimised for its own air volume, giving better tone and sustain. The dynamic range is wide and the kit responds to every stroke, from the softest to the hardest hit.

Included

The tom and floor tom come fitted with REMO Clear Emperor batter heads and REMO Clear Ambassador resonant heads. The bass drum has a REMO Coated Ambassador batter head and a REMO Smooth White PS3 resonant head with Yamaha logo.
