Yamaha Absolute Maple Hybrid Jazz - Jade Green Sparkle

Product Description

Yamaha Absolute Maple Hybrid Jazz Set in Jade Green Sparkle is built around a shell in Maple-Wenge-Maple Hybrid, in sizes 10", 12", 14" with 18" bass drum. The set gives a rich and clear sound across the whole dynamic range, from pianissimo to fortissimo.

Shell And Hoops

The shell is 8.0mm thick on the bass drum and 6.2mm on the tom and floor tom, in Maple-Wenge-Maple Hybrid from the Absolute Hybrid Series. The hoops are cast in aluminium, Aluminium Die-cast, with a thickness of 3.0mm and give a strong, tight sound with a powerful attack and decay. The inside of the shell has a Vintage Natural finish. An optimised number and placement of ventilation holes, Vent Hole, is built into the shell.

Feel And Function

The set has a wide dynamic range that responds to every hit and follows changes in dynamics. Hook lugs make head changes quick and easy and give precision tuning. The YESS III tom holder reduces acoustic dampening and gives more natural sustain and volume, while the Low-Mass Tom Holder Base lets the bass drum shell vibrate more freely.

Included In Delivery

The tom and floor tom come with a REMO Clear Emperor batter head and a REMO Clear Ambassador resonant head. The bass drum has a REMO PS3 Clear batter head, Coated Ambassador on the 18" version, and a REMO Smooth White PS3 resonant head with Yamaha logo.
