Yamaha Absolute Maple Hybrid Fusion - Jade Green Sparkle

Product Description

Yamaha Absolute Maple Hybrid Fusion Set in Jade Green Sparkle is built around shells in Maple-Wenge-Maple Hybrid in the sizes 10", 12", 14" with 20" bass drum. The set gives a rich and clear tone across the whole dynamic range, from pianissimo to fortissimo.

Shell

The shells are in Maple-Wenge-Maple Hybrid with a thickness of 8.0mm on the bass drum and 6.2mm on the toms and floor tom. The inside of the shell has a Vintage Natural finish. The construction has a Vent Hole, a hole in the shell that lets air escape from the drum.

Mounts And Fittings

The Yess III tom mount is used to mount the toms. The hoops are die-cast in aluminium, Aluminium Die-cast, with a thickness of 3.0mm and give a strong, tight sound with extraordinary attack and decay.

Heads

The batter heads on the toms and floor tom are Remo Clear Emperor, and the resonant heads on the same drums are Remo Clear Ambassador. The bass drum has a batter head in Remo PS3 Clear and a resonant head in Remo Smooth White PS3 with Yamaha logo. The lugs are of the Hook Lug type, which makes head replacement quick and easy and gives precision tuning.

Feel

The set has a broad dynamic range that responds to every touch, regardless of how hard or soft you play.
