Sound and Feel

By blending the characteristics of a thin and a medium-weight cymbal, the XSR Fast Crash delivers a fast, open response while still carrying enough power to cut through the mix. It works equally well as a light accent crash in quieter settings and as a punchier crash in heavier styles.

Construction

The cymbal is crafted from SABIAN's own pure B20 Bronze, the same alloy used in the brand's award-winning Evolution and X-Plosion cymbals, with the technology trickled down into the XSR line.

Who It's For

XSR is not a budget series, but rather a line of smartly-priced cymbals that would not be out of place on any drum kit, on any stage. A solid choice if you want a reliable, versatile crash without breaking the bank.
