Tama SLP G-Bubinga LGB146 - Natural Quilted Bubinga
A snare built from 12 layers of bubinga, delivering a full, punchy sound with plenty of low end even at high tuning.
Product Description
The Tama SLP G-Bubinga LGB146 is a snare drum built from a 10 mm, 12-ply bubinga laminate shell, delivering a full, core-heavy sound with plenty of low end even at high tuning. Steel Mighty Hoops and an MSL50 strainer add powerful rimshots and solid punch.
Sound and construction
The 10 mm shell, made from 12 plies of bubinga laminate, produces a full, focused tone with generous low end whether the drum is tuned low or high. The pressed 2.3 mm Steel Mighty Hoops open up the tone further and give the rimshots real bite. The MSL50 strainer handles quick, reliable snare engagement.
Who it's for
The G-Bubinga suits players who want a powerful snare with real punch in the low end, one that cuts through the mix without losing body.
