Product Description
The Vic Firth WB Jazz Brushes are a classic retractable wire brush with medium gauge wires, built for jazz players who want a brush that adapts to more than one style. The spread is infinitely adjustable and stays put once set, so you can move from tight and controlled to wide and sweeping without the brush collapsing on its own.
The handle has a lightly textured plastic grip for secure control during long sets, and the wires on the WB model can be opened up to a wide 12.7 cm (5") at the outer edge for a broader, airier sound when that's what the music calls for.
Build
The handle diameter is 1.46 cm (14.6 mm) and the brush is a retractable, telescoping design that collapses for easy storage. The wires are metal with a medium gauge, giving a good balance between definition and softness against the head. The finish is white.
