Vic Firth STG2 Tim Genis Signature Snare Stick Leggiero - Lacquer
Persimmon wood drumsticks, Tim Genis signature model, deliver quiet, clear play in fast passages. 16.5 mm diameter, 427 mm length.
Product Description
The Vic Firth STG2 is a Symphonic Collection stick, designed together with Tim Genis for playing fast musical passages softly and with control. Made from persimmon wood, it carries added weight and density that help produce clean double strokes and clear articulation even at low dynamics.
The density of persimmon wood gives the stick a slightly heavier feel in the hand than many other orchestral sticks, helping you stay in control through fast, soft passages without losing clarity. With a medium taper and a disc-shaped persimmon tip, the STG2 offers a balanced feel suited to concert snare and orchestral playing.
