Product Description
The Vic Firth SHAR2 is Gavin Harrison's signature drumstick – an elongated ROCK shaft with a medium taper that delivers an ideal balance of power and playability. A royal blue matte paint finish in the gripping area gives the stick a distinctive feel and look.
Made from hickory, the SHAR2 features a blended wood tip with a medium surface area, landing between the darker, richer tone of larger tips and the lighter, more defined attack of smaller ones. The medium taper keeps the stick from feeling too back-heavy or too front-heavy, giving a natural balance between flex and control.
The extra length compared to a standard stick makes the SHAR2 a good option if you want a bit more reach around the kit without losing feel in your hand.
