About the American Custom Series
The SD2 Bolero belongs to Vic Firth's American Custom line, turned from select rock maple for a lighter, fast-playing stick with great flex and rebound. It suits players who want a beefier stick without a lot of added weight, and is perfect for lighter orchestral work and pit playing. The shorter taper brings the balance toward the front of the stick, giving easier articulation in concert settings.
