Vic Firth SBEA2 Signature Series Carter Beauford - Lacquer

Product Description

The Vic Firth SBEA2 is Carter Beauford's signature drumstick, developed in close collaboration with the drummer behind Dave Matthews Band. Built on a 5B shaft with an extended taper and an elongated oval wood tip, it delivers fast rebound, clear response and real versatility.

Carter Beauford is regarded as one of the most respected drummers in the world, known for his technical skill, brilliant timing and irresistible groove behind the kit. The SBEA2 is the result of Vic Firth building a stick entirely to his own specifications.

Construction

This updated 2017 version of the original SBEA is offered without the earlier Vic Grip coating, combining a 5B shaft with a longer taper and an elongated oval wood tip. The surface is lacquered. The result is a stick with improved response, sound and versatility compared to its predecessor.
