Vic Firth PAD12H Single Sided Double Surface 12" - Black & Gray
Vic Firth PAD12H practice pad, 12" with dual playing surfaces, soft and hard rubber. Builds quiet technique and endurance.
Product Description
The PAD12H is a single-sided 12" practice pad from Vic Firth with two distinct playing surfaces. A softer rubber side for a natural playing feel, and a harder surface for building real technique and endurance.
The softer side gives a natural, responsive rebound similar to a real snare drum, while the harder surface is designed for players who want to push their technique and build strength. The wood base sits on a rubber underside, keeping the pad stable on a table or directly on a snare drum, and it can also be mounted on most snare stands (stand not included).
A practice pad like the PAD12H is a great tool for working on snare technique, rudiments and chops with a natural feel, without disturbing people around you. Perfect for the office, at home, on the road, or for warming up before a gig.
Who It's For
Every serious drummer should have at least one practice pad. The PAD12H's dual surfaces make it especially useful if you want to switch between lighter and tougher practice sessions on the same pad.
