Background
The Vater Classics series traces back to the 1950s, when Jack Adams. Grandfather of Alan and Ron Vater. Hand-made these models at Jack's Drum Shop in Boston. Production under the Vater name began in the 1980s. The series consists of six core models with the same specifications as the originals.
