Meinl Percussion Turbo Cabasa Large - Black
Large cabasa with steel cylinder and chain. Five sound holes per side add extra volume and clarity.
Product Description
The Turbo Cabasa Large from Meinl is a large cabasa built for extra clarity and volume, thanks to sound holes leading into the sound chamber on both sides of the cylinder. A great choice if you want a rhythmic, rattling groove element with good projection in the band.
- 5 sound holes on each side for more volume
- Steel chain and cylinder (the cabasa's body) in stainless steel
- Wood handle with padded grip
- Black finish
The sound is created by the steel chain running against the ridged stainless steel cylinder. The sound holes on both sides help the tone carry further and sound more defined than on a cabasa without holes. The padded grip on the wood handle makes it comfortable to hold during longer playing sessions.
