Product Description
The Trick Dead Blow Beater is built for maximum impact. Its hollow head is machined from solid aluminum and partially filled with a proprietary material blend that boosts hitting power while keeping balance and rebound in check.
Construction
The head is milled from a solid block of aluminum and partially filled with a proprietary blend of material. Rigorous testing and development went into finding a filler whose motion aids impact, balance and rebound. Acting silently inside the head, the moving filler drives the beater more firmly into the drum head right at the moment of impact – giving a stronger hit without sacrificing control.
It's affixed to a shaft made of Fatigue Proof Steel, the same type of steel most commonly used for axle shafts in race cars, chosen to withstand repeated stress over time.
