Product Description
The Treeworks TRE44 StudioTree is a set of chimes with 44 bars in a single row, built for both live use and the recording studio where a soft but clear sound is needed. The walnut body and 44 filigree bars deliver a brilliant, acoustic sound suited to quiet and delicate arrangements.
The bars are made from a solid aluminium/titanium alloy with a diameter of approximately 1/4 inch (approx. 6.4 mm). Each bar is polished and tempered (T6) for a bright, brilliant tone, and the bars are hand-bound with a braided, durable CordLoc™ cord.
The body is crafted from Tennessee Black Walnut, and the whole instrument is handmade in Nashville, Tennessee. The width is 17.63".
A softbag MD18 storage bag is included, making the chimes easy to transport and store between gigs and sessions.
