Product Description
Wooden snare hoop made from maple by SIGU Drums, built for 14" snare drums with 8 lugs. The hoop is finished with an environmentally friendly water-based lacquer and gives the snare drum a warm, clear tone with a wide tuning range.
The hoop is made from maple, one of the most popular woods used for drum building. Maple is known for its warm tone with enhanced lower frequencies and an even distribution of middle and high frequencies. The sound is clear and supports a wide tuning range, making it a good general-purpose choice for a snare drum hoop.
The hoop is finished with a specially selected, environmentally friendly water-based lacquer. As the hoop is made from natural wood, grain and colour can be slightly different from the picture.
