SIGU drums Ash Snare Side, 8-lugs 14"
Wood hoop in ash for 14" 8-lug snare drum. Adds volume and crisp high-end attack.
Product Description
Wooden snare hoop in ash from SIGU Drums, for a 14" snare drum with 8 lugs. Finished with an environmentally friendly, water-based lacquer, this hoop adds extra loudness and crisp high-frequency attack to your snare.
Ash is just as hard as oak, but in drum building it's used to give more loudness with plenty of high frequency attack and a flat mix of mids and lows. A great way to sharpen up your snare's sound without losing low-end fullness.
Construction and Finish
Made from natural wood, so grain and colour can vary slightly from the product photo. The hoop is finished with a specially selected, environmentally friendly water-based lacquer.
Fits
Sized for a 14" diameter snare drum with 8 lugs, and works as the snare-side hoop when building or upgrading your drum.
