SIGU drums Ash Snare Side 14" - Water-based lacquer
Ash wood snare-side hoop for 14" drums with 10 lugs. Water-based lacquer for bright, powerful attack.
Product Description
Ash wood hoop from SIGU Drums, made for a 14" snare drum with 10 lugs. This hoop is fitted on the snare side (underside) of the drum and comes finished with a water-based lacquer.
Ash is just as hard as oak, but is used in drum building to give more loudness with plenty of high-frequency attack and a flat mix of mids and lows. The result is a hoop that adds clarity to the tone without losing low-end fullness.
The hoop is finished with a specially selected, environmentally friendly water-based lacquer for a clean, understated look. As this is natural wood, grain and colour may vary slightly from the picture.
