Sound Character

UV1 delivers a wide tonal palette thanks to its fine-grain surface and unique 10 mil film. Played slightly off-center, it produces attractive overtones with a clear identity. Played harder, the sound rounds out and the attack resembles a two-ply head.

UV1 works well across a range of tunings. Tuned low, the attack is softer with good bottom end and projection. Tuned high, the sound becomes tighter with a firm attack and full core.

Construction

UV1 uses Level 360 Technology for the best fit, a wide tuning range and heads that are easy to tune.
