10"x12"x16" Evans Tom Pack UV1 Rock - Coated

Product Description

Tom Pack UV1 Coated Rock is a head set for toms in sizes 10'', 12'' and 16''. The heads have a UV-processed coating and give a dynamic sound with brilliant top end and full bottom.

Material And Surface

The heads are single-ply heads of 10 mil film with a UV-processed coating that gives an outstandingly even and good quality. This gives a dynamic open tone with good top end and warm bottom.

Construction

The heads are built on a Level 360 profile, which according to the manufacturer gives the best fit, tonal range and makes the heads easy to tune.

Feel And Playing

With light off-center playing you hear nice overtones with a clear identity, while harder playing gives a rounder attack reminiscent of two-ply heads. Tuned low, the head gets a softer attack with good bottom, while a higher tuning gives a more cohesive sound with a firm attack and full core.

Use

Tom Pack UV1 Coated Rock suits a variety of musical contexts.
