10", 12", 14" Evans UV1 Fusion Tom Pack - Coated 3-Pack

Product Description

The Evans UV1 Coated Fusion Tom Pack is a drum head set covering three sizes. 10", 12" and 14". Matched to a fusion tom setup. The single-ply head is built from a 10 mil thick film with a patented UV-processed coating that delivers unusually strong durability and a dynamic tone with a bright top end and a full, warm bottom.

UV1 is designed to deliver a wide sonic palette while being among the most durable single-ply heads on the market. The new UV coating has a fine-grained surface that, together with the 10 mil film, produces a dynamic sound with a brilliant top end and a full bottom.

Tone and Tuning

Played lightly off-center, UV1 produces attractive overtones with a clear identity. Played harder, the tone rounds off and the attack resembles a two-ply head more closely. The head performs well across a wide tuning range: tuned low it gives a softer attack with strong bottom and good projection, while tuned high it becomes tighter and more focused with a firm attack and a full core.

Construction and Durability

The patented UV-processed coating gives consistent, even quality from head to head. The Level 360 profile provides an accurate fit on the drum, a wide tuning range, and makes the heads easy to tune. Combined with the durable single-ply film, this makes the heads well suited to a wide range of musical settings, with extra durability compared to other single-ply heads.
