Sound and Feel

The natural skin head and parawood shell give the tumba a deep, round fundamental with a smooth decay. The 8 mm tension lugs, together with the side plates and rubber gaskets, keep the drum tuned stable and let you play hard without the hardware rubbing against your hand or the shell.
