Product Description
The Toca Custom Deluxe Tumba is a 12 1/2" conga built in Afro-Cuban style for extra volume and resonance. The parawood shell and natural heads deliver a warm, powerful tone that works equally well on stage and in the studio.
The shell is made from parawood and fitted with natural heads for an open, organic sound with strong projection. The heads sit in Easy Play Hoops, designed to make it easier to play close to the rim without hurting your hands. The hardware consists of 8 mm tension lugs and side plates with rubber gaskets, finished in chrome for a durable, clean look.
The tumba stands 30" tall and comes in a matte grey finish (Matte Gray), a subdued look that works well both live and in the rehearsal room.
