27.5" Evans Strata
Evans Strata timpani head, 27.5". Warm calfskin-like tone, clear and defined, more durable than traditional heads.
Product Description
The Evans Strata is a pre-tuned timpani head in 27.5" with a warm tone similar to calfskin, and a clear, defined sound. It's more durable than traditional timpani heads.
Strata heads are built to deliver an authentic, warm orchestral tone without the sensitivity to humidity and temperature that comes with real calfskin. The head sits on the same stable collar construction found on Evans ET heads, giving reliable tuning stability over time.
