Product Description
The Techra E-Rhythm 7A White Tip is a drumstick with a rubber tip, designed for quieter play on electronic drums. The tip is chemically bonded to the stick using Techra's proprietary CHEMBOND process, giving a stable feel and long durability.
The rubber tip works as part of an Anti Vibration System, absorbing vibration at the bottom of the stick. This gives increased comfort and high stiffness, which Techra says allows for expanded tonal expression. The stick is great for pad practice and warm-up, and the tip can also act like a mallet for cymbal crescendos on both electronic and acoustic cymbals.
Compared to the same model in wood, the E-Rhythm has the same weight and balance, higher rebound, no chipping from wear, and the same durability. Noise is around 25% lower than the wooden equivalent, making it a good choice for quiet practice.
