Product Description
The Meinl Tar Frame Drum is a tunable 18" frame drum fitted with a True Feel Synthetic head. The synthetic head gives a deep, round tone and a playing feel close to natural skin, while holding up better against weather and moisture.
Frame drums of this type, known as tar, are used across many musical traditions for their warm, resonant tone and sensitive dynamics. Meinl has put great care into craftsmanship and material choice, which shows in both finish and construction.
