Tama S.L.P. LBM1465Z-MZB Limited 14x6.5" - Midnight Zebrawood Burst
Tama S.L.P. snare, 14x6.5", bubinga/maple with zebrawood finish. Deep low-end and tight attack for stage and studio.
Product Description
An exclusive Limited Edition snare drum from Tama's S.L.P. series, built with a hybrid Bubinga and Maple shell and finished in exotic Zebrawood. The combination delivers deep, powerful tone with tight articulation, equally at home in the studio or on stage.
Sound Character
The shell combines six plies of Bubinga with two plies of Maple, 7 mm total including the Zebrawood outer ply. Together with 2.3 mm Sound Arc hoops (10-hole), the construction gives a focused attack with deep, warm resonance. 20-strand Starclassic Hi-Carbon snare wires paired with a Linear-Drive strainer deliver immediate, nuanced response, from ghost notes to powerful rimshots.
Construction and Finish
The lugs (MCHL5S) are low-mass for enhanced resonance. The drum ships with an Evans G1 Coated batter head and an Evans Snare Side resonant head. The strainer and butt plate (MLS50A/MLS50B) feature linear drive and a chrome finish. The Zebrawood outer ply is finished in Midnight Zebrawood Burst, a deep blue tone that highlights the natural wood grain.
Who It's For
For drummers who want a unique, exclusive snare with both visual and tonal character, equally suited to studio and stage.
