Tama Simon Phillips Signature SP1465 14"x6,5" - British Racing Green
Tama Simon Phillips Signature snare drum 14x6.5" African Mahogany. Crisp attack, full body and fast snare response.
Product Description
The Tama Simon Phillips Signature SP1465 is a 14"x6.5" snare drum with an African Mahogany shell, finished in British Racing Green. Developed together with Simon Phillips, it combines a crisp attack with a full body and a fast, dynamic snare response.
The shell is built from 8 plies of African Mahogany into a 6 mm thick shell, reinforced with 6 mm Sound Focus Rings for added stability and a focused tone. The pressed Customized Brass Mighty Hoops in brass have 8 holes and open up the shell's natural tone even further.
The MLS50A/MLS50B Linear-Drive snare strainer offers ratchet-style tension adjustment with fine settings on both sides, giving precise control over snare tension. Simon Phillips chose the 20-strand Steel Sensitive snare wires, which deliver clear ghost notes and a defined high end, well suited to his dynamic and intricate playing. The lugs are MSL90S.
