The Tama Roadpro Double is a heavy-duty double tom stand with double-braced legs and Omni-Ball tom arms for stepless angle adjustment. It gives your rack toms a stable base without adding unnecessary weight to your setup.
The classic Roadpro stands were updated in 2015 with the Glide-Tite Grip Joint, the same locking system found on Tama's Star Hardware line. The construction uses protective nylon bushings combined with metal-to-metal locking, holding the tubes in a firm grip. The shape of the double-braced legs is also shared with the Star Hardware series.
Adjustment and Stability
The tom arms feature Omni-Ball joints, letting you angle each tom stepless in any direction. The stand also has a Stilt System, which lets you angle the whole stand by moving the attachment point of one leg. Handy for tight stage setups.
