Tama Iron Cobra 600 Single Ltd. Dark Shadow Edition - Matte Black

Product Description

The Iron Cobra 600 Single Ltd. (HP600MBK) is Tama's limited Dark Shadow Edition bass drum pedal in Matte Black finish. It comes fitted with the more expensive HP900 Power-Strike beaters and inherits features from the flagship Iron Cobra 900 series, including a double chain drive.

Beyond the special finish and upgraded beaters, the pedal shares the same base construction as the standard HP600, including Duo Glide. This means the chain wheel's glide track is reversible. Flip it and you switch between Power Glide, giving a heavier, more direct feel, and Rolling Glide, giving a faster, more rolling feel. You choose the character without changing pedals.

Drive comes from Double Chain Drive, a dual chain borrowed from the Iron Cobra 900 series, giving stable power transfer and long durability. The upper spring mount, Speedo Ring, uses ball bearings and makes it easy to adjust and lock spring tension exactly where you want it. Beater angle is separately adjustable via Beater Angle Adjustment, letting you fine-tune the strike to your playing style. The pedal is also Cobra Coil ready.
