- Stable shells in 100% poplar with TAMA Precision Bearing Edges
- Fully glued wrap for optimized sound and a professional look
- OMNISPHERE tom holder with solid adjustment options
- Double braced stands from the Stagemaster series for stability
- Meinl HCS cymbals included: 14" hi-hat, 16" crash and 20" ride
Construction
The shells are built from 100% poplar, 6 plies, with a total thickness of 7.5 mm, and feature TAMA Precision Bearing Edges for even head-to-shell contact. The wrap is fully glued directly to the shell, giving both an optimized sound and a professional look. The toms hang from Tama's OMNISPHERE Tom Holder, a stable mount with good adjustment options, and the bass drum uses Accu-Tune Bass Drum Hoops. Smart and durable hoops. All stands in the kit are double braced (Double Braced Hardware) for extra stability on stage and in the rehearsal room.
What's Included
The kit ships with a 22"x18" bass drum, 10"x8" and 12"x9" mounted toms, 14"x12" and 16"x14" floor toms, and a 14"x5" snare drum. It also includes an Iron Cobra 200 bass drum pedal, an HT130 throne, and stands from the Stagemaster series: a hi-hat stand, a snare stand, one boom stand and one straight cymbal stand. The cymbals are Meinl HCS in 14" hi-hat, 16" crash and 20" ride.
Who It's For
Imperialstar is designed for players putting together their first drum kit, or anyone who wants a durable set to grow with. The snare mechanism and tom mounts hold up well as playing develops, and the kit can be expanded with extra toms later if needed.
