The Tama HC52F Flat Base is a lightweight cymbal stand built on a "less is more" philosophy, developed with input from drum legend Peter Erskine. This listing is a 2-pack of two complete stands, ideal when you're building a new setup or adding extra cymbal positions.

It's one of Tama's lightest and most compact cymbal stands – just 1.48 kg and only 58 cm long when folded, so it's easy to fit in your stick bag or hardware case on the way to a gig. Extended, it reaches roughly 130 cm, enough height for most playing setups.

Construction

Despite the low weight, the top tube is solid and thin enough to avoid choking the cymbal's tone – you still get a full, natural sound. The middle tube has a bushing at the lower end that helps dampen the stand's own resonance, so what you hear is the cymbal, not the hardware ringing along with it. The legs use a Flat Base design, giving a stable, low-profile footprint that's easy to tuck in close to the rest of your kit.
