Tama Concert Tom Tom - Vintage Antique Maple Set of 4

Product Description

Tama Concert Tom Tom set with single-headed toms in Vintage Antique Maple finish, comprising four drums in sizes 10, 12, 13 and 14 inches. The shells are built from 5 mm, 6-ply maple for powerful punch, clear projection and articulation across a wide frequency range.

These concert toms suit players who want a standalone, melodic addition to their kit or a complete set for orchestral and percussive settings. The single-head (High Pitch) design gives a direct, open attack with fast response, while the 6-ply maple shell adds fullness and sustain.

Construction

The hoops are Tama's Steel Mighty, a triple-flanged hoop that provides tuning stability and efficient power transfer on impact. The lugs are Tama's Low-Mass lugs, minimizing their impact on shell resonance. The drums are mounted using Tama's Direct Flexi-Mount system (US Patent No. 10283096), a floating mount attached directly to the shell rather than a traditional tom holder, preserving more of the shell's natural resonance.

Each drum is fitted with Tama's own Power Craft II drumheads.

Who It's For

Great for players who want to expand their kit with concert toms for extra dynamic range, or for anyone playing in settings that call for a distinct, melodic tom sound.
