Product Description
The Tama 5A-SG is a 5A drumstick in Japanese oak (Ka-Shi Oak) with a Suede Grip coating – a non-slip, slightly flexible finish that gives you a steady grip throughout the set. The oval, teardrop-shaped tip is balanced towards the tip end for quick sound and clear response.
The Suede Grip coating reduces the risk of dropping the stick when your hands get sweaty or your grip loosens late in a long gig or an intense rehearsal. It lets you stop worrying about grip and focus fully on your playing.
The oval tip is shaped to give a quick, responsive attack on both heads and cymbals, while size, weight and balance are tuned for all-round use – equally at home in the rehearsal room, on stage or in the studio.
